Shen Xiaoming, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, and Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of the People's Government of Hunan Province, met in Changsha with Zeng Qinghong, secretary of the CPC Committee and chairman of the Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (GAC Group), on the morning of June 2, 2023.

Secretary Shen, on behalf of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, welcomed the guests and thanked GAC for its contribution to the economic and social development of Hunan. He said that Hunan is striving to turn the "Three Hubs and Four New Missions" blueprint into reality and vigorously advancing the development of automobile, especially the new energy vehicle (NEV) industry. He noted that Hunan will continue to optimize the business environment and better serve GAC's expansion in the province.

Mr. Zeng appreciated Hunan's long-standing support to GAC Group and introduced the development of the enterprise's investment in Hunan. He remarked that GAC Group will give full play to its advantageous NEV industry and actively promote the quality upgrading and high-quality development of the automobile business in Hunan.
