The photo, taken on July 6, shows the construction site of the Daze Lake-Overseas Returnee Town R&D Center Phase Ⅰ Project in Wangcheng District, Changsha. It is planned to be completed and put into operation by 2024. Upon completion, the project is expected to provide 2,300 working positions and accommodate 15 to 150 enterprises.
