Shen Xiaoming, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, visited Zhuzhou City on April 12, 2023. He came to inspect industrial development, ecological and environmental protection, work related to people's livelihood, and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan (CZT) integrated development. He asked to thoroughly study and implement President Xi Jinping's important speeches, directives, and instructions on Hunan Province; draw the blueprint of "Three Hubs and Four New Missions" Strategy; strengthen scientific and technological innovation; expand industrial clusters; pursue green development; improve people's well-being; and, make greater contributions to building Hunan into a hub of advanced manufacturing industry of national importance.

Li Dianxun, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and executive vice governor of the People's Government of Hunan Province, attended.

On April 12, Secretary Shen inspected R&D, production and sales, talent introduction and training, and Party construction at the CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. and the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd.

On April 12, Secretary Shen came to the Qingshuitang Old Industrial Zone and asked in detail about its relocation and transformation, ecological environment restoration, and new industrial town construction.

On April 12, Secretary Shen learned about scientific and technological innovation, production and operation, and workplace safety at the Sany Energy Equipment Industrial Park.

On April 12, Secretary Shen visited a clothes market of the Lusong Market Cluster and inspected merchant operations and e-commerce sales.

On April 12, Secretary Shen inspected the Zhuzhou Central Hospital. He had cordial exchanges with medical staff and carefully inquired about one-stop services.

On April 12, Secretary Shen listened to an introduction of comprehensive management for the Zhuzhou section of the Xiangjiang River along the west bank scenic area.
