A culture and tourism new media touring Hunan event, themed "distinctive village scenery in Jishou", was launched in Jishou on June 4, 2023. Over 30 journalists nationwide travelled along the Jishou village tourism corridor to visit five characteristic rural tourism spots along the Qiabi River. They enjoyed the beautiful natural scenery and experienced rich folk customs.

On June 4, media reporters conducted interviews and photographs in Zhonghuang Village, Aizhai Town, Jishou City.

Villagers warmly greeted guests with a Miao-style lanmen wine ceremony (a greeting custom for local people to welcome guests) in Zhonghuang Village, Aizhai Town, Jishou City.

Journalists learned about the production process of Miao embroidery, an intangible cultural heritage, and took photos in Zhonghuang Village, Aizhai Town, Jishou City.

The X077 tourism highway of Jishou City winds through the mountains and the countryside, linking up scattered villages and empowering rural revitalization with culture and tourism development.
