On November 21, Zhou Haibing, vice governor of Hunan Province and mayor of Changsha City, met in Changsha with Loh Tuck Keat, consul general of Singapore in Guangzhou, and his delegation. Consul General Loh Tuck Keat said that Changsha and Singapore are highly compatible in development philosophy and enjoy broad prospects for cooperation.
